Limitation of Liability:

While Avelis strives to deliver high-quality digital services, we cannot guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, revenue growth, website traffic, or uninterrupted website availability.

Termination:

Either party may terminate a project through written notice. If work has already begun, the client may be responsible for payment covering work completed up to the termination date.
